But it wasn’t all about the sights and sounds of the city. We also made sure to indulge in the local cuisine, which was a highlight of our trip. From traditional dishes like bandeja paisa and ajiaco to delicious street food like arepas and empanadas, our taste buds were treated to a culinary journey like no other.
Our journey began in the vibrant city of Bogotá, where we spent our days exploring the historic center, visiting famous landmarks like the Plaza Bolívar and the Cathedral of Colombia. We also took a cable car ride to the top of Monserrate, a mountain that offers breathtaking views of the city.
