Renault — Clip Database

I’ve been using a cheap ELM327 + generic OBD software on my 2012 Laguna III, but I’m hitting limits (can’t reset the airbag light after seat removal, and no access to steering angle sensor).

Always backup your ECU before running any “write” function from a cloned CLIP database. One wrong config file can brick your UCH (vehicle control unit). and component test routines.

A: It’s the proprietary vehicle data library used by Renault’s official diagnostic tool. Contains VIN-specific ECUs, parameter charts, firmware, and component test routines.
